Vitakruid Multi 100% RI (90 capsules) contains a combination of vitamins, minerals, and trace elements, with each daily dose providing 100% of the reference intake (RI). The formula includes biologically active forms of vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and folate (Quatrefolic®), as well as vitamin D3, vitamin K2 (VitaMK7®), vitamin C as calcium ascorbate, and minerals such as iron, zinc, copper, and manganese in organic forms. With 90 vegetarian capsules, the packaging is sufficient for about three months at the recommended daily dosage.
