The Vitakruid B12 Combi 6000® with Folate and P-5-P (in 60 and 120 melt tablets) contains a high dose of vitamin B12 in the forms methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin, combined with Quatrefolic®, the best absorbable form of folate. Additionally, it contains P-5-P, the biologically available form of vitamin B6. These melt tablets are designed for quick absorption through the oral mucosa and have a pleasant mildly sweet taste.

It's better to let the melt tablet dissolve under the tongue for B12 absorption through the oral mucosa. If you swallow the tablet whole, absorption might be less efficient as it depends on digestion.
