The Vitakruid B12 Combi 6000® with Folate and P-5-P (in 60 and 120 melt tablets) contains a high dose of vitamin B12 in the forms methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin, combined with Quatrefolic®, the best absorbable form of folate. Can I swallow the tablet whole instead of letting it melt?
It's better to let the melt tablet dissolve under the tongue for B12 absorption through the oral mucosa. If you swallow the tablet whole, absorption might be less efficient as it depends on digestion.
