Trace Minerals Ionic Zinc (59 ml) is a concentrated liquid that delivers zinc in ionic form. This form is well recognized by the body. This formula also contains copper and the ConcenTrace trace minerals complex.
Zinc in ionic form means that the zinc is present as a charged particle (Zn²⁺), usually dissolved in water. In this form, it is directly available for the body to absorb.
Copper is added because a high intake of zinc can disrupt the absorption of copper in the body. By taking both minerals, you maintain a good balance between zinc and copper.
A dosage of 50 mg of zinc is suitable for short-term use. Halve the dosage after 4 weeks of use, unless advised otherwise by a doctor or expert.
