Fo-ti, also known as He-Shou-Wu, is the root of the plant Polygonum multiflorum. It is traditionally used in Chinese herbal medicine.
Fo-ti grows primarily in China and other parts of East Asia, especially in mountainous and moist areas.
Full Spectrum means that the entire plant part is used – in this case, the whole root – without extraction or concentration. This keeps the product as close as possible to its natural form.
Although both herbs are traditionally used in Eastern systems, they are different plants with their own origins and uses. Fo-ti belongs to the Polygonum family, while ginseng is a different herb with a different composition.
