NOW Foods Vitamin D3 Gummies (90 gummies) contain 25 mcg (1,000 IU) of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) per gummy. The gummies have a strawberry flavour with other natural flavourings and are made with pectin as a gelling agent. The formula includes, among others, tapioca syrup, cane sugar and natural colourings from vegetable and fruit juices. The recommended dose is 1 to 2 gummies per day. Sufficient for about 1.5 to 3 months with daily use.
