Nature's Way Women Probiotics Extra (30 capsules) contains 50 billion live cultures with a mix of 10 different strains, including the well-known Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria. 50 billion CFU means that there are 50 billion viable bacteria in the supplement. These are bacteria that can still divide and form a colony after ingestion.
