Why does this product not contain added iron?
It is formulated without iron to accommodate users who may already get enough iron from their diet. Extra iron can cause unwanted side effects in some people.
Can I get a flush from this product with 125 mg vitamin B3 as niacinamide?
No, niacinamide generally does not cause a flush. This effect mainly occurs with nicotinic acid (niacin), not with niacinamide.
Should I take the capsules with food?
