Quicksilver Scientific Membrane Mend liquid formula (100 ml) is a blend with phosphatidylcholine from highly purified phospholipids, Ahiflower® oil, natural astaxanthin from the algae Haematococcus pluvialis, and DeltaGold® tocotrienols. These ingredients are processed in a nano-emulsified liposomal liquid, for absorption via the oral mucosa. The product is shipped chilled to maintain stability.
Yes — we store all Quicksilver Scientific products in our warehouse under refrigeration to optimally maintain the quality and efficacy of the formula. The product is shipped cold and we recommend refrigerating it immediately upon receipt.
Liposomal delivery uses small fat globules for improved absorption of the ingredients via the oral mucosa.
Phosphatidylcholine is a phospholipid found in cell membranes and is derived in this formula from highly pure plant sources.
It is the trade name for refined oil from the seed of Buglossoides arvensis (syn. Lithospermum arvense). The plant-based omega oil contains SDA (stearidonic acid) and ALA and also contains some GLA.
DeltaGold® is a tocotrienol extract from fermented annatto (Bixa orellana), with a high content of delta-tocotrienol and usually a smaller proportion of gamma-tocotrienol. It does not contain tocopherols (unlike many other vitamin E blends).
Yes, the product is delivered chilled and should be stored in the refrigerator upon receipt.
