ProHealth Longevity Sirtuin 1 Activator (60 capsules) combines 200 mg Veri-te® trans-resveratrol with 50 mg trans-pterostilbene per capsule. Both ingredients are stilbenes, a group of plant polyphenols that naturally occur in, among others, grapes, blueberries, and other plants. The formula is composed in a 4:1 ratio and contains only the active trans-forms of both compounds. With just one capsule per day, this supplement is easy to add to your daily routine. One pack contains 60 capsules, enough for about two months of use.

Pterostilbene is a plant compound closely related to resveratrol. It also belongs to the stilbenes and is naturally found in, among others, blueberries and certain types of wood.
Both are polyphenols, but they belong to different groups. Resveratrol is a stilbene, while quercetin is a flavonoid. Therefore, they differ in chemical structure and natural sources.
