Nature's Way AM/PM Menopause Formula (60 tablets) consists of a unique day and night formula with a mix of extracts such as black cohosh, valerian, green tea and ginseng. This formula is designed for women and contains specially tailored ingredients for morning and evening, divided over separate tablets.

What is the difference between the AM and PM tablets in this formula?
The AM tablet contains selected nutrients for use during the day, while the PM tablet includes ingredients tailored for intake in the evening.

What is black cohosh?
Black cohosh is a plant originally from North America. Other names include cimicifuga racemosa, actaea racemosa, raceme black cohosh, women's root and black cohosh.
Who is this product not suitable for?
This product is not suitable for children up to and including 17 years. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a doctor if you have a history of liver disease, or if you are undergoing or have undergone treatment for (hormone-sensitive) cancer.
What is Sunphenon®?
Sunphenon® is a brand name for a standardised green tea extract. It contains a controlled amount of caffeine and mainly catechins (including EGCG), which are natural compounds found in green tea.
