Instructions for use

Dissolve ½ to 1 level scoop (1.1 - 2.3 grams) per day in approximately 150 ml of water or other liquid and take with a meal. Follow the recommended dosage for optimal results. A 2.5 ml scoop (= approximately 2.3 grams) is included.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or under medical supervision, it is advisable to consult a physician or health care provider before use. Discontinue use and consult a physician if hypersensitivity reactions occur. Store the product out of the reach of children. Do not use this product if the seal under the cap is broken or absent. Kidney patients should not take more than 200 mg of vitamin C per day considering, among other things, the risk of hyperoxalemia (excessive concentration of oxalic acid in the blood).
