Vitals Ester-C® 1000 mg (90 tablets) offers a unique form of vitamin C that is gentle on the stomach. Ester-C® is a unique, patented formulation of vitamin C in which calcium ascorbate has already been converted into a form that contains natural metabolites, including threonic acid. These metabolites, with threonic acid leading the way, help improve the absorption and utilization of vitamin C by the body. Furthermore, threonic acid has the special ability to activate vitamin C already present in the body and make it available for use.

Ester C® (calcium ascorbate, calcium threonate), filler (microcrystalline cellulose, calcium bound fatty acids), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), stabilizer (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), glazing agent (glycerol).

Instructions for use

Take 1 tablet daily with water, preferably during a meal. Store tablets in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or under medical supervision, it is advisable to consult a physician or health care provider before use. Discontinue use and consult a physician if hypersensitivity reactions occur. Store the product out of the reach of children. Do not use this product if the seal under the cap is broken or absent. Note: Kidney patients should not take more than 200 mg of vitamin C per day because of the risk of hyperoxalemia (excessive concentration of oxalic acid in the blood), among other reasons.
