Vitakruid GABA Plus is available in 90 and 180 melt tablets. GABA Plus melt tablets are quickly absorbed through the oral mucosa. Therefore, a low dosage of 250 mg is sufficient. For the conversion of GABA, vitamin B1 (thiamine) is required. For this reason, 2mg of vitamin B1 is added per tablet.

Instructions for use

Let 1 melt tablet dissolve under the tongue 1 to 3 times a day (approximately 10 minutes). Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
