Instructions for use

Mix 1 scoop of powder with 300-400 ml of water and drink 30 minutes before your workout. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Do not use this product if the seal under the cap is broken or absent. The caffeine in this product is equivalent to about 90-120 ml of coffee. Too much caffeine can cause nervousness, irritability, insomnia and sometimes a rapid heartbeat. Start with 1 serving or less to determine your tolerance. After establishing tolerance, take up to 2 servings per day. To prevent insomnia, do not consume within 6 hours before bedtime.
