Royal Green Relax BIO (60 capsules) is a 100% organic supplement with a combination of three carefully selected herbs: rhodiola, saffron, and lemon balm. The formula contains concentrated extracts in the ratios 2:1 (rhodiola), 5:1 (saffron), and 5:1 (lemon balm). The ingredients are full spectrum, which means that all natural components are preserved during extraction. Royal Green Relax contains no synthetic additives. Daily use is easy: just 1 to 2 capsules per day.

Full spectrum means that the complete herb is used, including all naturally occurring compounds. Standardized extracts often isolate one specific compound, while other parts of the plant are omitted. Full spectrum extracts remain closer to the original plant.
An extract ratio indicates how much plant material is used for one part of extract. For example: a 5:1 extract means that 5 grams of fresh plant are needed to make 1 gram of extract. The higher the ratio, the more concentrated the extract.
Rhodiola is a root traditionally used in colder mountain regions. Saffron comes from the flower stigmas of the crocus plant and is known as one of the most precious herbs. Lemon balm is a leafy plant from the mint family, known for its fresh lemon aroma. Each herb has a unique botanical origin and is combined in this formula for different reasons.
