Black Cohosh is the name for Cimicifuga racemosa (or Actaea racemosa). It is a plant native to North America, whose root is traditionally used in herbal supplements.

Black Cohosh is not recommended for children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women, and in case of (a history of) liver disorders.
