Instructions for use

Take 2 capsules per day between meals (at least half an hour before or two hours after a meal) with water. Adhere to the recommended dosage. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years old. In case of increased iodine needs, it may be necessary to combine this product with an iodine supplement such as Vitals Organic Iodine. In certain situations, it may be advisable to start with 1 capsule per day for the first week or two and only increase to 2 capsules per day afterward.
