Vitals Postbiol-EC (30 capsules) contains EpiCor®, a postbiotic created through the fermentation of baker's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). During this process, nutrients are converted into a complex mixture of bioactive compounds. The result is a 'whole food' fermentate that contains not only metabolites but also inactive yeast cells. Unlike probiotics, which contain live bacteria, postbiotics are stable and do not require refrigeration. This supplement can be used as a complement to pre- and probiotics, but can also be used on its own.
