Vitals Postbiol-EC (30 capsules) contains EpiCor®, a postbiotic created through the fermentation of baker's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). During this process, nutrients are converted into a complex mixture of bioactive compounds. The result is a 'whole food' fermentate that contains not only metabolites but also inactive yeast cells. Unlike probiotics, which contain live bacteria, postbiotics are stable and do not require refrigeration.
