Take one capsule three times a day with a meal and plenty of water during the first two months. After two months, the dosage can be adjusted to one capsule twice a day, one capsule once a day, or the intake can be discontinued. Stick to the recommended dosage. It is strongly recommended to use PeaPure consistently for at least two months.
