Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM).

Suitable for vegetariërs and vegans.

Instructions for use

First week 1 gram (= 1 level measuring spoon) per day, second week 2 grams per day, then 3 grams per day. Take with a meal with water or fruit juice (approx. 150 ml). Adhere to the recommended dosage. A 1.25 ml measuring spoon (= approx. 1 gram MSM) is enclosed. Limited shelf life after opening.
