Instructions for use

As a dietary supplement for adults, mix 1-2 level scoops per day with approximately 200 ml of water or other cold liquid. Preferably take in the morning or right after exercise. 1 scoop contains approximately 3.4 grams of creatine monohydrate powder. Stick to the recommended dosage. A so-called loading phase (taking 20 grams of creatine for the first five days) is possible, but not necessary.
