Instructions for use

Take 20 ml daily on an empty stomach in the morning. Wait 20 minutes before eating or drinking after taking for optimal effect. Shake before use. Avoid contact with metal or glass to preserve the efficacy of silicon. After opening, the product is guaranteed to retain its activity for 3 months. After this the efficacy may decrease.
