Why is the recommendation 1ml up to 7 years, while the advice up to 4 years is to give 10 mcg of vitamin D?
The Health Council's supplementation advice for children up to 4 years is 10 mcg of vitamin D per day. 1 drop provides 5 mcg of vitamin D. The recommended dosage of 1 ml relates to the dosages of other vitamins in this product. To reach 10 mcg of vitamin D, 1 drop of the vitamin D drops for the whole family can be added.
