Is the amount of Shatavari in this product not too low?
This formula contains a Shatavari extract with a 10:1 ratio, meaning 250 mg of extract corresponds to 2.5 grams of the original plant material. Thanks to this high concentration, a lower dosage suffices.
What is Chasteberry (Vitex agnus castus)?
Chasteberry is a plant whose berries are traditionally used. The extract is especially utilized in supplements for women.
Can I use Vitakruid Femme during pregnancy?
