Ingredients

Magnesium (from ITM), chloride (from ITM), sodium (from marine minerals), potassium (as potassium chloride), sulfate (from ITM), marine minerals, ionic trace minerals (ITM), purified water, non-GMO citric acid.

Instructions for use

Add 2 ml (about 32 drops) to 950 ml of water (8 drops per 240 ml of water) and stir or shake well for best isotonic balance. Take up to 4 times a day as needed, especially at bedtime. If desired, the dosage can be taken in just 115 ml of water as a concentrated shot. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
