Solgar Evening Primrose Oil (30 softgels) contains 1300 mg of cold-pressed evening primrose oil per softgel, of which 117 mg is gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an omega-6 fatty acid. This supplement is produced without the use of hexane and is checked for contaminants. The use of dark glass packaging ensures the capsules are optimally protected from light, oxygen and moisture.
Evening primrose oil is a plant-based oil extracted from the seeds of the evening primrose (Oenothera biennis).
