Instructions for use

Spray 2-5 times onto the skin and massage the area. Magnesium Topical Spray may feel slightly oily upon application, but it is not oil and will be absorbed quickly. A white residue may appear around the applied areas; this is merely leftover salt that can be wiped off. For a foot bath, add 1-2 oz to warm water and soak your feet for 20-30 minutes.
