Nature’s Way Bacopa + Ashwagandha (40 capsules) is a supplement with three well-known ingredients: bacopa extract, Sensoril® ashwagandha, and Cognizin® citicoline. The bacopa extract is standardized to 12% bacosides (18 mg per capsule) and is combined with Sensoril®, an extract of ashwagandha from root and leaf.
